Wigen Launches Mobile Rental Membrane Systems

Wigen’s first Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis trailers were recently commissioned and are now available for rental for industrial and municipal applications. The RO systems can be configured as single or 2-pass operation. Each trailer has a capacity up to 1 MGD, or 350 gpm when used as a 2-pass RO system. For more information, see the data sheets here.

Wigen Receives Order for Industrial Waste Reuse Facility at Newton County, GA

Wigen has been selected to supply Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis systems for a new facility at Newton County GA that will treat wastewater for reuse by local industries in a nearby industrial park. The reuse facility will have an initial capacity of 1 MGD, expandable in the future to 4 MGD. The equipment is scheduled to be shipped in mid-2025.

Wigen Selected to provide High Recovery Nanofiltration System at Pojoaque NM

Following pilot testing where NF was tested up to 96% recovery, Wigen has been selected to provide the Ultrafiltration followed by high recovery Nanofiltration systems for the Pojoaque Basin Regional Water System in New Mexico. The system will have an initial capacity of 3.5 MGD, expandable to 7 MGD In the future. The equipment is scheduled to be delivered by late 2024.

Wigen Selected to Build Three Advanced Water Reuse Demonstration Facilities in 2023

During 2023 Wigen was selected to provide UF and RO demonstration facilities for signature Water Reuse projects at JEA in Jacksonville FL, Palmdale Water District CA and the City of San Diego, confirming Wigen’s status as a cutting-edge supplier of membrane technology for water reuse.

Boise ID Columbia WTP UF System Upgrade Awarded to Wigen

Wigen has been awarded the contract to supply a 10 MGD UF system for the Columbia WTP that will replace and expand the capacity of the existing 6 MGD UF system that is near the end of its useful life.
