FIELD SERVICE NETWORK

A network of factory-trained Service Professionals is available to support your Wigen equipment, as well as some competitors’ equipment. From full-service preventive maintenance to routine repair, the Wigen service network is positioned to respond to your business needs.

Our service programs, both onsite and remote, are customized to meet your specific needs. Choose a frequency from annual (1), semi-annual (2), quarterly (4) or monthly (12) preventive maintenance visits.

Block Hours are also available in 20-hour blocks to deliver the flexibility or providing universal coverage when you need it. The block hours are to be used for service and travel time and do not include travel expenses. In addition, service contract customers receive priority scheduling and technical support.
