Wigen Water Technologies has been selected by Central Iowa Water Works to supply ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) systems for a 10 MGD expansion of the Saylorville Water Treatment Plant in Des Moines, Iowa. This project expands the facility’s existing 10 MGD UF and RO system, which was originally commissioned in late 2010. Wigen previously supplied a 1.7 MGD RO skid to increase the original plant’s capacity in 2019 [shown in above photo].
