Wigen built this Horizontal Pressure Filter system that started up in May of 2025. This is one of three filter installations built for a water utility in Texas with Greensand Plus media to remove iron from well water. Wigen’s scope of supply for this project included two horizontal pressure filters, each with four cells, sized for a total flow of 2 MGD, as well as the control panel and face piping.
